In September I was honored to second shoot for the wonderful Betsy Lackey (www.photobybetsy.com) at Drew and Andrew Ammons wedding. The wedding took place in Idalou and the reception was held at the Watson building. Dru was a stunning bride and all of the details in her wedding were PERFECT!! I had such a great time working with betsy and am so thankful for her!

Kim and Sam | Engagements
Kim and Sam are engaged! The way the Lord works makes me chuckle. Kim called me up one day and wanted to meet up to discuss wedding packages and possibly doing an engagement session. We met up on September 27th which happened to be my 20th and her 50th birthday! The moment I talked to Kim I knew she was fun, determined, and head over hills for Sam Billingsley. I had so much fun taking their pictures! Kim giggles at everything Sam says and Sam just adores Kim. They are perfect for each other and I can’t wait for their wedding in February.
The Jalamo Family
The Jalamo Family were so much fun to work with! Their youngest daughter and son were so full of life and brought so much laughter to the family. Angie and her oldest daughter, Madison, have such a sweet relationship and I can tell that their mother daughter bond is one they will cherish forever.
Jerry & Karla Joplin
Jerry and Karla Joplin are proof that High School sweethearts do exist, and that we can love unconditionally because He first loved us. I have had the privlidge of getting to know the Joplins over the past year. Their ability to love people, care for their family, and love each other is inspiring. The Lord shines from their very being, and I am so thankful for the influence they have had in my life. For their 23rd anniversary Jerry wanted to revisit the places they grew up and the school that brought them together forever. We visited the land where Jerry was raised and then we drove a ways down the street to the abandoned house that Karla grew up in. It was such a neat experience to hear the story of where their lives started and where their love for each other grew. Christ is the center of their lives, their love, and their family. I have no doubt that the Lord has a huge smile when he looks down on this special couple and their family for they make His love known and His name great!
Henley Snider
Henley turned 1! In september my cousin Blake and his wife Jamie asked if I could take some pictures of their daughters first birthday. They had a Tea Party themed birthday party to celebrate Henley's special day. The details were nothing short of perfect. The party was incredible and I had a wonderful time seeing family and friends and having the chance to put my camera to work on the most adorable one year old ever!
