The Powell Family

I have been beyond blessed to have met Jardon Powell a little over a year ago through the incredible man I am now dating, Dusty Joplin. Jardon and I are currently roommates, and I will never be able to put into words how much her friendship and impact on my life means to me and has changed me. She truly is a treasure! Her family have moved back in forth between Lubbock and Fredricksburg. They currently live in the hill country and wanted family pictures done since it had been years since their last family portrait (sounds like my family). After school let out Jardon, Dusty, her boyfriend Matt and I all made a road trip to Fredricksburg to hang out with her family and of course, take their family's pictures! Here are a few images from our session together :). 

Pi Beta Phi- Sisterhood

One of the most priceless things in life is true sisterhood & friendship. The humor in this is there is always the comment that being in a sorority you are basically "paying for your friends." But I must say, you can be in a sorority or not be in one and never really experience pure, true friendship. It just so happens that I have been beyond blessed to be in Pi Beta Phi with some of the most genuine, sweet hearted, classy, and Godly women. Jill, Robin, Elli and Amy are all apart of my Pi Phi "Family." These four girls love & serve one another as sisters in Christ, which in itself is beautiful to see. To remember their years in Pi Phi and this irreplaceable bond they have, they decided to surprise Jill with pictures! She received another surprise on her graduation day with an album of all the pictures from our session together! Congratulations Jill! I know you will succeed in whatever the Lord leads you to do. I love each and every one of you! Thank you for letting me photograph your precious "family" :).

Davidsplea CD Release!

In April Davidsplea had their first Worship | CD release concert! Davidsplea is a group of four men: Dusty Joplin, Patrick Johnston, Brandon Clark, and Brandon Cole. The Lord has purposefully brought them together and anointed them to lead God's children into the throne room. Their heart behind God's  ministry in their lives is to see God's people worship and praise whole heartedly, and see chains be broken and lives healed.
